What are the primary objectives you hope to achieve with Holistics?
- Dashboard visualisations for business pods analysts to explore and email report scheduling for executives to obtain at a glance key insights.
- Provide analysts a tool to conduct data analysis via visualisations and querying the data warehouse within Holistics via SQL. This will promote the analyst’s flexibility on their choice of data exploration, from granularity to aggregated data.
- Enable users to self-service by exploring shared datasets.
What are the upcoming projects and initiatives for your team?
- Currently setting up key dashboards for each business lines/pods before bank launch.
- Post bank launch will likely focus on analysis and finding insights from data.
- Additionally, introducing new data points, dashboard enhancements and refinement will also be part of the initiatives.

Who are the key stakeholders involved, and what are their roles?
- Key stakeholders involved at the moment will be respective business line/pod owners (e.g. Deposit, Payment, Lending) for them to gauge business performance.
- Executive summary dashboard for senior management.

- The power of as-code for reports and metrics, enabling us to follow good software engineering practices with Git integration (e.g. utilising PR, separation of Dev & Prod environments).
- Define metrics/datasets logic once for consistency and promote reusability.
- DBT integration for data documentation.
Qualitative: What qualitative measure will define success for you?
- Canvas 4.0: UI/UX Design, visualisation information clarity, and ease of use/ dashboard navigation
- Holistics Default Chart: More chart types and better customisation options required
- Vega-Lite Charts: Better Vega-Lite integration to Holistics
- Bug: Stability of Canvas 4.0 (e.g. inconsistent date formatting in chart, twitching tables)
Quantitative: What metrics or KPIs will define success for you?
- Dashboard loading speed (e.g. 5 seconds max) & on time refresh cadence
- Dashboard uptime (99.5% during working hours)
- Data availability (1 day lag)
- Data accuracy (faithful to actual figures)
Training and Support Needs
What level of training or support do you anticipate needing?
- Probably will require training as the team scales up in the coming months, and would like to venture into more complex Holistics’ features. Currently, we’re only scratching the surface to get the initial dashboard reports ready.
- BAU: Support for now is answering queries or bugs via email.
- Quarterly walkthrough of new Holistics features & releases. (e.g. keynote event).

- Canvas Dashboard 4.0
- Best practices in building model, dataset, and metric.
